Research activities are delivered by a number of highly experienced Research professionals. These Senior Researchers have a key input in qualitative research studies through, for example, focus groups and in-depth interviews, and they also conduct desk research.
Ashbrook’s in-house team has extensive experience in conducting structured telephone interviews, often with questionnaires incorporating complicated content and extensive routings. Some of the team have worked with Ashbrook for more than 10 years, conducting structured telephone interviews on behalf of partners such as SQA, Scottish Enterprise, Skills Development Scotland and a range of Local Authorities and health providers.
Our Scotland-wide team is responsible for face-to-face interviews based on structured questionnaires for partners such as SQA, Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Enterprise and many FE Colleges and Local Authorities.
Ashbrook’s support staff have a key role to play in managing and overseeing the administration of all projects, with Janet Brooks responsible for ensuring that all administrative activities are appropriate and effective.
Our secretarial staff are highly skilled and experienced and play a key role in ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
Finally, Gary Donnachie (our Operational Data Preparation & Analysis Head) is supported by our team of data processors and analysts, who play a critical role to play and delivery of statistical outputs from quantitative studies.
